Laura Sedano Llaguno, founder and CEO of Milestone Realty, Inc. started her real estate career when she moved from Miami to Downey, California in 1986 with plans to become a dentist and enroll at UCLA. Her plans took a turn, however, when she received her real estate license and joined a leading residential real estate sales organization in Orange County. During her first month at the company, Laura was awarded “Rookie of the Month,” launching what was to become a thriving career in real estate.
In 1991, Laura moved back to Miami. After working with several leading real estate firms, she sold her first new construction high-rise project in Coral Gables. Ten years later, Milestone Realty opened its doors in the city where it all began. Milestone now has offices in Miami, Orlando and Tampa, and is focused primarily on condominium conversions. Since 2004, the company has represented more than 25 projects in Orlando, Tampa, Tamarac, Coconut Creek, Wellington, Miami, Doral and Kendall.
Milestone Realty is now a fully diversified, boutique real estate company representing new construction, conversion, commercial, industrial, land, rentals, residential sales and foreclosures. In addition, Milestone Realty has leasing divisions at each of its our condo conversion sales centers as well as an Orlando Property Management arm.
Under Laura’s leadership, Milestone Realty’s sales associates are dedicated to providing highly-personalized attention and dedicated expertise to clients throughout Florida.
